Insurance-Related Disputes

Since the inception of his law practice in 1986, Mr. Brophy has been actively involved in assisting Personal and Commercial lines Liability Insurers (and their Insureds) with claims asserted in State and Federal Courts, and with coverage disputes. Mr. Brophy has taken cases through trial and appeal in areas as diverse as:

Mr. Brophy has also assisted several injured persons with their liability claims, and served as co-counsel in a Property Damage lawsuit that netted his client more than $2.6 million after Hurricane Ike in 2008 (after the Insurer had sought a complete Release in exchange for the payment of $60,000.00!!).
